About

I have over a decade of experience as an educator, head strength and conditioning, personal trainer, and group fitness instructor. I have trained high school, division 3, division 2, division 1, and professional athletes. I also work with tactical athletes and have experience training individuals 8 through 80 years of age. 

My passion is human health and my purpose on this earth is to help others.

I earned my Doctorate of Philosophy in Health Science with a minor in Global Health from Trident University International.

I earned my Master's in Teaching from the University of Michigan-Dearborn. I majored in Integrated Science and minored in Biology.

I earned my undergraduate degree from Michigan Technological University in Health and Physical Education. I majored in Sports and Fitness Management and minored in Coaching Fundamentals. While enrolled at Michigan Tech I was a member of the Husky Football program from 2005-2009. I played fullback and was a senior captain in 2009. I was fortunate to earn the Iron Man Award in 2008 & 2009 and the Bill Hauser Memorial Award in 2009.  

I graduated from Edsel Ford High School in Dearborn, Michigan in 2005. I returned to my alma to coach and teach in 2011 and remained there until 2019.

I want to say thank you to all my former students, players, teammates, teachers, and coaches. I have been blessed. I have had an extraordinary opportunity to learn from and work with many inspiring and motivating individuals. I would not be here without you.
